Start as a full-time recruiter intern via YoungCapital

As an international recruiter, you will be working in Amsterdam. You are responsible for recruiting French candidates on behalf of our international clients, and will therefore work in complete autonomy on different projects. This experience allows you to participate in the development of the company's international recruitment in a dynamic and young atmosphere!

Recruitment :

• Analyze CVs and cover letters
• Conduct telephone and interviews
• Prospecting potential customers
• Ensure the link between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates
• Write vacancies

Development of services:

• Set up/monitor recruitment campaigns and improve the process
• Set weekly/monthly goals based on customer needs
• Evaluate the results and be proactive

• Remuneration of 750 euros per month;
